| The following rates are for a maximum of 4 adults. The house easily accomodates 2 couples or 1 couple and 2 children. The house is not recommended for couples with children under 4 years of age. When the guest cottage is rented with Finiterre, three couples can be quite comfortable.
From October 1 to August 31........................................$1200.00/week
September ...............................Closed for annual maintenance and freshening
The guest cottage rents for an additional $600.00/week year round when rented with Finiterre.
For long term rentals (over 10 days), an additional $50.00 fee for maid service is required for every two weeks of stay.
A $500.00 deposit applied toward the rental rate is required to hold your reservation. A refundable $250.00 security deposit is held and returned within 30 days of departure. The security deposit and balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival are fully refundable minus a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 45 days prior to arrival are only refundable if the days reserved are rented by another party. Cancelled reservations can have the money applied toward a future rental.
